All full nearly to the ceiling/lid. I was super anxious about what might be in all the layers and how hazardous it might be.

I called Steam Green and described the situation and they said, no problem, bring it over. They dealt with all the trash and dirt, deep cleaned all the carpet and upholstery and returned it to me looking better than it did before it was stolen. I am so grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

Efrain's quote was not the lowest, but he had the best reviews, guaranteed passing inspection and his shop is close to the dock at Port of Tacoma.

Arrived early for 8:00a drop off, but no one was there. We were running a very tight schedule, so I stayed behind while my spouse took our dog to his health certificate appointment. After triple checking the confirmation, called Efrain to find out that he didn't have the appointment in his calendar.  Efrain later said that a woman (not me, obviously) had called last week to cancel her Monday morning appointment and he assumed it was me and told his men to come in at 9:00a. Assuming mine was not his only appointment, I think it's concerning that he didn't get the woman's name and just arbitrarily cancelled my appointment.

The onsite quote was $350 (fine) + $60 for pet hair (fine) - $10 military discount and no cash discount (fine) but then he said it would take about 6 hours and would be ready by 4pm!! In my Yelp message thread, I made sure to mention that I needed the car ready for inspection at the Matson dock by 2:30p (which didn't seem to be an issue at the time). So he then said that he could put an extra man on it, do some of the work himself and get it done no later than 1:00p.

I texted at 1:30p, since I hadn't heard from him yet. He immediately called back, said the car was ready and that he had texted someone else by mistake.

The detail work itself was very good and consistent with the cost and the amount of time to complete it. Everything was clean, inside and out. The floor mats were left in the trunk to ensure the floors were completely dry before putting them back in place. He gave us an additional $20 discount for all of the misunderstanding. We made it to the dock with about 10-15 min to spare. Had I known that he would need the additional time, I would've scheduled the drop off for early the next morning.

I would recommend Efrain to anyone who isn't running on tight schedule, and to confirm your appointment at least a couple of days prior.
